Kazan Shrine
Built in memory of Kazan Watanabe
Kazan Shrine was built at the remains of Tahara Castle fort (Niikura). In memory of Kazan Watanabe, a festival is held every year on his death day, October 11th. The current shrine was rebuilt after the collapse from Typhoon Isewan.
